We’re lifelong food lovers from Southeast Louisiana, where cooking isn’t just a tradition—it’s a way of life. In our home, the kitchen was always the heart of the house, filled with the sounds, smells, and stories that brought our family together. That passion for good food has stayed with us, and now we’re passing it on to you — one batch of jerky at a time.
Our journey started with a craving. After moving to Oklahoma, we couldn’t find jerky that lived up to our standards—most were loaded with preservatives, artificial flavors, or so dry and tough you needed a drink just to chew it. We missed the kind of jerky we grew up with, inspired by a small meat market back home. So, we rolled up our sleeves and started making our own.
When we shared it with family and friends, they couldn’t get enough. That’s when we knew we had something special.
We keep it simple: clean ingredients, bold flavor, and just the right chew. No shortcuts. No junk. Just real jerky made the way it should be. Right now, we offer three handcrafted flavors— Original, Peppered, and Bayou Blend —each one packed with flavor and made with care.
